The University Registrar's Office performs a wide range of vital functions to ensure your academic progress and institutional compliance:

  • Enrollment Management: Overseeing the entire enrollment process, from pre-advising coordination to final subject encoding for all year levels
  • Academic Records Management: Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of student academic performance, course completion, and degrees awarded.
  • Transcript and Document Issuance: Processing requests for official transcripts of records, certificates of grades, diplomas, certifications, and other academic documents.
  • Curriculum Management: Assisting colleges and departments with the proper encoding and implementation of approved curricula.
  • Graduation Clearance: Ensuring all requirements for graduation are met and facilitating the timely release of diplomas.
  • Accurate Data Reporting: Diligently ensuring the timely and accurate submission of all required reports to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department of Education (DepEd), and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This ensures that your programs and accomplishments are officially recognized by the Philippine government, validating the quality and legitimacy of your LCUP education
  • Compliance with Data Privacy: Strict adherence to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 is paramount. We safeguard your personal and academic information through secure data management systems and stringent protocols, ensuring confidentiality and legitimate use.

1. For third party representative/s: Kindly bring the authorization letter of the student and valid ID of both representative and student requesting the document.

     Mon to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00pm
     Saturday 8:00-12:00nn
     Transactions begin at 8:00 AM.
     The daily cut-off times are 11:30 AM (morning) and 3:30 PM (afternoon).

A returnee, who intends to enroll for a particular term, is a student who was not enrolled in the previous term (Graduate Studies, College, Alternative Education, and College of Medicine). Returnee student must accomplish the STUDENT RETURNING SLIP FORM and submit at the Registrar's Office once completed and signed by the respective offices.
