The Office of the Vice President for Spiritual Formation and Extension, through its Integral Evangelization Program (IEP), conducted its first Personnel Spiritual Integration Day (PSID) on October 7, 2022, at the Chapel of Our Lady of Consolation, LCUP Catmon Campus.

TPSID was introduced to the LCUP Community on August 26, 2022, as a program that will serve as an avenue for the Spiritual Wellness of LCUP Personnel and strengthen professional and spiritual bonds between employees. Part of this integration is the conduct of Basic Ecclesiastical Community (BEC) Group Sharing, which was then a spiritual integration practice in the Basic Education Department and was transformed into an institutional activity known as Bukluran through PSID.

Before the conduct of PSID-Bukluran, the IEP Office grouped the LCUP Community into six. These groups were called "Buklod," which will be the groupings for the entire school year. The program started with the enthronement of the Holy Bible administered by Sr. Mary Sheba O. Principe, OSA, VP for Spiritual Formation and Extension. It was followed by the Plenary Input and an orientation on the proper conduct of BEC Group Sharing initiated by Mr. Jose Paulo Espinosa, Director for IEP. BEC Groups were sent to their respective rooms to proceed with the group sharing. A bible and an envelope containing prayers and a gospel to reflect on were distributed to each group.

During the PSID-Bukluran, a session leader was chosen to facilitate the sharing and read aloud the gospel. Each group member shared their own experiences and reflections based on the gospel. The leader wrapped up the sharing and concluded the session with a prayer. For the next PSID-Bukluran, a new session leader from the group will be tasked to lead the sharing and keep the bible. After each session, group photos were taken and sent to the Team LCUP Group Chat. The PSID was concluded with a Holy Mass. The next session for PSID-Bukluran will be announced soon.
