The University, through the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE), forged a partnership with Saint Joseph Nakae School (SJNK) – a private basic education institution duly recognized in Thailand under the supervision of the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) through a virtual Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony, held on December 15, 2022, through Google Meet.

This partnership is the first internationalization endeavor of the CASE Department materialized through the efforts of the Linkages Unit under the Office of the vice President for Research, Publications, and Linkages (OVP-RPL). The nature of the said agreement involves conducting academic-related activities such as student exchange programs, internships, and cultural exposure programs.

The MOU was signed by Sr. Editha S. Zerna OSA, PhD., LCUP President, Dr. Divina Ann M. Eusebio, LCUP Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Olivia P. Almario, Dean of CASE, Rev. Fr. Watthana Sonnu-chat, JCL, SJNK School Director, and Sr. Maitree Somchan, LCT, SJNK School Principal.

This partnership will open a door of international exposure opportunities for LCUP Education and Psychology students in the future.
